Because of this, we have the following return and refund policy:
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color selected
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’re happy to make it right.
You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- There is a printing or manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the issue
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you or a refund, depending on the situation.
Defective items do not need to be returned.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment processor
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error or defect
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship the item at the customer’s expense.
